01Nanchang – Honggu Kaixuan Project
Located in Nanchang central business district and to the north of Honggu Avenue, in close proximity to Ganjiang River. It occupies a total site area of approximately 78,000 m2 and has a total gross floor area of 380,000 m2, including aboveground gross floor area of 312,258 m2 and underground gross floor area of 68,249.8 m2. It has a building density of 28.0%, a plot ratio of 3.98 and a green area ratio of 45.79%. It comprises 10 high-rise residential buildings and a 26-storey office building. At the “China (Shanghai) International Architectural Culture Exchange 2005”, the Honggu Kaixuan project was well received by experts from the International Union of Architects and China Property and Housing Research Association and was granted the “China IACE 2005 International Residence Comprehensive Demonstration Award”.
02Yichun – Royal Lake City project
As the largest residential property project in Yichun, the project is situated at the junction of West Yiyang Avenue (formerly West Huancheng Road) and Yuanshan Avenue and in the old city life circle. Adjacent to Yichun Yuanshan Park and Hua Cheng Yan Forest Park, it has good accessibility and is in close proximity to Huacheng Primary School and the Eighth Middle School, a key school in the city. It has a total site area of nearly 1,000 acres and a total gross floor area of approximately 1,510,000 m2. It is planned to comprise various forms of properties including multi-storey buildings with elevators, 11-storey houses, high-rise residential buildings, hotel, office building, rehabilitation centre, kindergarten, concentrated commerce and community commercial street. The project received the “High-quality Building Project Award in Yichun” in 2014 and the “Local Economic Development Contribution Award” in 2016.
03Fuzhou – Huacui Tingyuan
Located to the south of Yingbin Avenue, east of Jinchao Avenue and west of Jinchao Economic Development Zone, Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province, it has a total site area of 190,753 m2 and a total gross floor area of 312,448.48 m2. It comprises 69 townhouses and 14 high-rise buildings. The elements of the townhouses of Huacui Tingyuan are derived from Chinese houses, and its high-rise buildings represent a perfect combination of Chinese houses and modern buildings.
04Nanchang – Sino Harbour • Kaixuan City
Located in Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone, the residential project has a site area of over 1,000 acres and is only five kilometres from Honggu Beach. Adjacent to Huangjia Lake, it has great location and natural and ecological environment. A number of residential buildings, including high-rise residential buildings, low-density residential buildings and service apartments will be built in the community to develop a large high-end ecological community through complete ancillary facilities including commercial centre, school, child care institution, hospital and community services.
05Hangzhou – Han Zhi Yun Commercial Centre
Situated at the junction of Shenhua Road and Moganshan Road in Hangzhou, the project, located within Shenhua area, enjoys a beautiful natural environment in the western part of the city as well as core resources and superior commercial facilities in the downturn at the same time. It occupies a total site area of 20,482 m2 and has a total gross floor area of approximately 117,916.78 m2, including aboveground gross floor area of 80,042.38 m2 and underground gross floor area of 37,874.4 m2. It has a building density of 38%, a plot ratio of 4.0 and a green area ratio of 45.79%. It is a complex project comprising a 72-metre high-end service apartment building and two 72-metre grade-A office buildings and certain podium commercial properties. Han Zhi Yun Commercial Centre is one of the top-class projects of Sino Harbour Group in Hangzhou and is targeted to become a landmark ecological project in the central business district of Gongshu District, Hangzhou.
